The Durham City Neighbourhood Plan, adopted in 2021, identifies a list of existing Non Designated Heritage Assets (NDHAs) at Appendix B. These have been updated as of 24th April 2024.
The revision of assets in Appendix B has been confirmed as a minor (non-material) modification, in accordance with statutory guidance and therefore this does not need to go back out to consultation/ examination.
